SEARCH FOR SHANE MONTGOMERY LIMITED TUESDAY BECAUSE OF WEATHER 6 ABC – Action News Sarah Bloomquist PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — The search for missing college student Shane Montgomery was limited on Tuesday because of the rainy weather. That means the large-scale search and use of K-9s were suspended, police told Action News.There has still been no sign of the West Chester University student who vanished after leaving a bar in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia early Thanksgiving morning.The reward increased to $25,000 Monday for information about Shane.Investigators are going through surveillance video from area businesses hoping to spot Shane.
